Registration for AHM and Open House

Hotel Information

Reservation cut-off date is Thursday, December 14, 2006.

Reference the "Calit2/OptIPuter" block when calling the hotel for reservations. The block rate for a single room is $129 per night, plus 10.5% tax (an additional $20 per person/per night applies when booking doubles). Parking is $12/night. Guests are responsible for their own room, tax, parking and incidental charges upon checkout.

Reservations requests received after 5:00pm local time at the Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

Cancellations must be made prior to 48 hours of your stay, or you will be charged. This includes changes made to the reservation, such as early departures.

Transportation/Parking

Parking is limited on the UCSD campus. Free shuttle transportation between the Sea Lodge and the Calit2 building on the UCSD campus will be provided on a set schedule on Monday and Tuesday.
